You work on your own schedule, we assign work as the clients submit episodes and most of the time we have a few days to turn it around. Once you have a template set up in premier (or whatever software you use) the turn around should be quite straightforward and revisions are very rare. Currently our clients have little to no feedback about the reels below, there's only revisions when there's an error like a spelling mistake or audio click.
I pay through Wise on the 15th and last day of every month. Same day you send the invoice no delay.
Happy to pay higher rates if you propose a higher quality of reel or want to add animation etc.

Short Form Standard Reels - $10
We Provide an edited Premier Pro project and an SRT file for captions (proofed in Descript). So your role is to clean up the cuts so there's no clicks. Remove any umm/uuuh and add the captions / b-roll / backing music of your choice. Template doesn't change for each client so once you get set up it should be straightforward each week.
Each client usually has 2 per episode each week. No emojis or sound effects, just simple captions, b-roll and movement.
30-40 a month - Usually 40-60 seconds / B-Roll / Captions / Zooming
Basic YouTube - $20
We Provide an edited Premier Pro project and frame with transparent boxes, intro stinger / music and end screen. You just animate the very opening quote (usually 5-10 seconds) like a short, then place the speakers in a frame and render.
The video above for example only has animation in the first 3 seconds and that, once the plugin is saved into premier, you can use each week with just slight changes.
Each client usually has 1 per episode each week.
15-20 a month - Animation at the very start / Place speakers in frame
Advanced Shorts - $25-$50
Longer or more detailed Short videos where the client wants more clips combined or more animation added. These happen a few times a month and are negotiable based on the client needs and length
Advanced Video - $50-$100
More animation than b-roll. We have one client who releases 1-2 a month.
We prep and provide the Premier project and save it to google drive for you to access along with an SRT file so the captions are exactly what we proof in Descript (the transcription app we use)
